Black Dog Veterinary Services provides home euthanasia and locum veterinary services.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide routine medical care or to answer medical questions about your pets.

Home Euthanasia

Some pets struggle during their last trip to the veterinarian. If you and your veterinarian have decided it is time for your pet to say goodbye, we may be able to help your pet pass comfortably in the privacy your home.

In addition to euthanasia (putting the pet to sleep), we can also help with aftercare. If you would like to have your pet cremated, we partner with Heavenly Paws in Williamsport.

Though our availability for home euthanasia is limited, we will make every effort to help you and your pet. If we are unavailable when you need us, we trust that your primary veterinarian will be able to provide excellent care for both you and your pet.

Locum Veterinary Services

Referral emergency relief is available in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. General practice relief is available in central Pennsylvania.
