What is your availability for home euthanasia?

We are typically available in the evenings and on weekends.

What area do you serve?

We serve a 15 mile radius outside of Lewisburg, PA. Patients outside of that radius may be seen on a case by case basis.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Send an email to info@blackdogvet.net and we will find a time that works for both of our schedules. We typically schedule within 2-7 days. Unfortunately, we frequently cannot accommodate same or next day appointments.

What information do you need from me?

When you email me, please tell me where you live and a little bit about your pet.

How much does home euthanasia cost?

Home euthanasia is $400. There is an additional cost of $350 for cremation. If you are outside of the service area the fee is subject to change.

Can I be with my pet the whole time?

Yes.

How long does the process take?

It depends on you and your pet. We reserve a minimum of one hour and we will never rush the process.

How will my pets remains be returned to me?

If you elect to have your pet cremated, we will return your pet to you directly.

Can you tell me more about cremation?
